Afternoon all! If you follow me on instagram you'll know that my boyfriend & I went to Arundel last Sunday for ducks, picnic food & sunshine so here's my better late than never post. This summer has been a summer of firsts and Scott & I have always wanted to go boating but never 'gotten round to it so you can imagine how excited I was to get out on the water! FYI Rowing, not as easy as it looks. After getting stuck several times, stern words said we decided to enjoy it & laugh it off, the people we bumped into not so much!

After struggling to row, we sat down for lunch whilst feeding the geese, ducks and swans & taking in the beauty that is Swanbourne lake. I recently have gone Lomography mad & took a handful of photographs which once developed I will be post & if your a fan of film photography keep your eyes peeled for lots of camera reviews!

I made a short vlog of of our time at Swanbourne, check it out & I'd love to read your comments!

OUTFIT-TROPICAL MAXI.

DRESS- NEW LOOK
BELT- H&M
SANDALS- NEW LOOK
RINGS- TOPSHOP & H&M

Evening! Normally I pass on the opportunity to wear maxi dresses as I've always felt they have shortened me & made me look older, however I fell in love with this New Look sale steal and thought I'd wear the one thing I'd vowed not to wear.

I styled it with light jewellery keeping things simple and all about the full dress, the print being quite bold. But I must say it is now a summer favourite of mine, being light and the high thigh slits keep for plenty of ventilation. Another plus is the comfort, its surprising soft and so easy to wear, it has definitely earned it way into my wardrobe as well as my heart.

Do you have a fashion trend you stay clear of? Try mixing it into your daily style you never know like me you could be pleasantly surprised!

OUTFIT- LAST DAYS OF SUMMER.

TOP- RIVER ISLAND
DRESS- ASOS
SANDALS- NEW LOOK
NECKLACE & HAT - H&M

Evening all! As the summer draws to a close and the start of my final year at University looms, I have been enjoying my last two weeks of my summer.

This outfit includes one of my sale purchases which I plan on including in my sale haul, watch this space. The painted top, which has been bang on trend this season was only £15 in the River Island sale and I can't wait to team it with pinafore, shorts & tights as we transcend into the autumn months.

I styled the top over a this black Asos swing dress & tied the top into a knot to give me a bit more of a waist & a bit more of shape.

NAILED IT- PASTELS.

Evening everyone, this weeks NAILED IT made me feel young again by using one of the simplest and fun techniques you can use on your nails. Firstly pick the theme you want to go for, I picked pastels but you can do patterns, glitters, neons & many shades of one colour to name a few off the top of my head.

This NAILED IT is extremely easy but also very satisfying, the colours can either compliment or clash and its  a great way to bring something new to your nails if your on a budget or don't have the necessary tools for more intricate nail art.

It was a real throwback to my youth & my inner child was very happy! So let me know if you give it a try & let me know what polishes you pick!
